It is time to start thinking about the St. Paul Float for the Harrison County Fair Parade. The fair starts on July 20th, and the parade will be on July 23rd. The theme this year is “Building a Future.” If you have any ideas for a float or are willing to volunteer to help decorate, contact Whitney Reisz or Patty Long.
The members of St Paul and their guests are invited to SUMMER FUN!!! on August 6, 2022. Starting at 7:00 PM, there will be a hot dog roast, then join in a scavenger hunt, and finishing with a pool party from 9:00 to 11:00 PM. We will accept a donation to the Harrison County Food Pantry if you choose. Please sign up so we have an estimate of the number of participants
On Saturday, July 30, 2022, the Western Iowa Synod will hold its 2nd Annual Heart of BBQ Fundraiser at the Four County Fairgrounds in Dunlap, Iowa. There will be a Rib Challenge, Bags/Cornhole Tournament, games, and an auction. You can enter your BBQ team or just come for the day to enjoy games and a meal. The money will go towards feeding the hungry and helping new ministers as they receive their first call. A schedule of events is attached with the Pilot.
